Then there is relative risk , and absolute risk - and the risk continuum… and proportionate risk.

Thanks, there's so much in this area that's really interesting. Just had a fascinating conversation with someone else who works in a different area of risk, going to share that at some stage.

Hanksville, Utah. You do like to find yourself in the middle of nowhere. Go west to Capital Reef National Park, south to Blanding,Utah, or north and then east to Moab.

Beautiful country and wide open spaces. “And the skies are not cloudy all day…..,”

Thanks. I did make it to Capital Reef - it was just stunning there. I'll put some of my photos in a post sometime.

Great writing, thank you Melanie.

Rage factors "how much control people have, whether the risks are voluntary or imposed upon them and whether they can remember particularly horrific examples," explain how a huge number of people are feeling about our current government. Vulnerable people particularly, are at economic and wellbeing risk through deliberate policies designed to benefit others who have more than sufficient.

It is outrageous.

Exactly and I agree totally. So many people are struggling and the most vulnerable (and future generations) are bearing the worst of it.
