Voting is only open for a couple of days - so, to honour all of those invertebrates, get a wriggle on.
As well as Milnesium tardigradum, the tardigrade I wrote about last week, there are nine other worthy contenders - including New Zealand’s wonderful wētāpunga. So, although I’m voting for the tardigrade, I encourage you to check out the shortlist (it’s given on the voting page) and make your own choice. They all deserve the honour.
